Our Story

The Yasawa Islands are famous for their beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous weather. Located at the very top of the Yasawa Island group, Yasawa Island is in the sunniest and driest part of Fiji, enjoying tropical warmth and ideal ocean temperatures all year round, and the least amount of rainfall even in Fiji’s wetter months. Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is the only resort or commercial development on an island that is 22 kilometres long. This affords us many luxuries... exclusivity, 11 private beaches for our guests’ use, a truly authentic culture, untouched snorkelling & diving, and the space to escape from the pressures of the ‘real world’.

All-Inclusive Value

Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is inclusive of all gourmet meals & snacks, all non-alcoholic beverages, and complimentary wifi in all of our public spaces. Our inclusion of all standard activities (kayaks, stand up paddle boards, tennis, guided walks, catamaran, etc) plus all scheduled activities like Village Visits, half day Blue Lagoon Caves trips, guided snorkelling trips and private beach picnics make a stay at Yasawa incredible value and offers you a stress free way to enjoy your Fiji holiday.

Our Authentic Culture

Yasawa Island Resort & Spa shares a truly authentic culture with our guests. We are the only commercial development on an island that is 22 kilometres long; and our only neighbours are the beautiful inhabitants of the six villages of Yasawa Island. What makes a visit to us special and unique is the opportunity to get to know our Yasawa Family; visit the local village; share some kava with the village elders; listen to the school children as they burst into song to welcome you; experience a traditional meke (Fijian singing and dancing); or enjoy the choir’s incredible voices on a Sunday, as you sit with your feet in the sand watching the sun sink into the Pacific. It is these moments that will stay with you long after you leave Yasawa’s sandy shores.

Indulge

Fijian for beachfront, Yasawa is home to Fiji's first beachfront spa, just metres from the ocean's edge on a sweep of soft white sand. Our Ultimate Spa Special includes a 50-minute treatment for every night you book at Yasawa Island Resort. Treatments include massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, wraps, scrubs & waxing. FJ$475 (+tax) for your entire stay. Some conditions apply.
